GOALS

Goals are the things that you would like to accomplish in your life. The goals can be related with your work, family, travels, relationships… Anything that you think is important or something that you have always dream of.

It is really important that the chosen goals came from you and not from your family or friends, because they give you purspose and help you to guide your life. Don’t matter how much someone says what you should do or be, trust in what makes you happy.

Undoubtedly, achieving any goal requires self-discipline, it involves a conscious awareness of your actions and the ability to overcome some of the bad habits that might be holding us back. It requires an unwavering attention to our actions and an unrelenting drive for wanting to achive something big.

After decided your goals, the second step is specify them ( What, Where, Who and How), them you are alredy to make a action plan to carry them out. In your action plan it is of great value to recognize pontencial barries that must be overcome and resources needed.

  1. I have my dream, but it changes sometimes. I think that’s because I don’t specify dream.
