Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique to train attention to your awareness, and achive a clear and calm mindset.
Historically, it is not recognized for sure where meditation comes from, but it’s certain that it has spread to different people and cultures. Has been known in different ways in each region of the planet, and has reached its peak in Egypt, India and among the Mayans during a long time.
During the meditation you can find tranquility to think about the future, the past, your emotions, search for answers and realise what is really important for your life. The practice of meditation bring to you a lot of benefits:
- Decreses stress and anxiety
- Improve focus and breathing
- Reduction of phsical pain
- Can let your brain more young
There are several types of meditation; some of them more calm, other with moviments.. It is up you to choose wich is better for you body, to focus in yourself.
